2. CONSISTENCY: When You Have a Diluted Focus, You Have Diluted Results 

When your focus is scattered across too many goals, your results inevitably suffer. True success comes from dedicating focused energy into what truly matters. When you direct your attention with clarity and intention, your results become sharper, stronger, and far more impactful.

3. CONTENT: Find Your Uniqueness & Exploit It in the Service of Others

He highlighted this strongly – making service a prime objective. He asked:

  • What is the ONE thing you can do better than anyone else?
  • What is ONE topic you’re passionate about
  • What is ONE problem you can solve better than anyone else
  • What problem do you solve in ONE word

By being intentional with your service to others, and narrowing down your focus, your objectives can become aligned, results driven, and impactful to the world around you.

4. COMMUNICATION: People Buy Solutions to Problems 

As a business owner, you are most powerfully positioned to serve the person you once were. You have a solution to other people’s problems – which is a powerful position to utilize.
